The hotel is situated between Oslo and the now disused old Oslo airport at Fornebu. The hotel is surrounded by parkland and has a private beach to the Oslofjord to the rear.

The rooms are large and in very good condition throughout. As is the case in many Radissons they are decorated in different styles, Scandinavian and Oriental. The bathrooms are also in very good condition.
